Coastal Prints creates made-to-order canvas prints.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days, where available

• International shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need an address change, email hermosapicsbyh@proton.me as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

International orders

We ship to select international locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hermosapicsbyh@proton.me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
